Before starting any job our technicians will conduct an assessment. If after our assessment determines that cleaning is NOT required, we will disclose this to you and show you why. We will also be required to charge a $60 + HST fee for our assessment. (This assessment fee will be held as credit under your name against use of our service in the future).
